What does the refundable hold cover?
When you book a trial, a hold is placed for the full value of everything you’re trying — not charged, just held. Once you decide, only the pieces you keep are actually charged; the rest of the hold is released.
What if I keep nothing?
The entire hold is refunded — you pay nothing for a trial where you send everything back.
Is there a deadline to decide?
Yes — a decide-by date is shown on your booking. Anything left undecided past that date is treated as returned and refunded automatically.
How do returns work?
Hand back what you don’t want to the delivery partner at the door, right when your trial arrives — no packaging, no drop-off, no separate return trip.
