Terms of Use

You sign in with your email address and a password, or with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your password, and access to that number, secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to buy from us. Accounts are for individual, personal use.

Every price is in Indian Rupees and is inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. The price you pay is the price shown in your bag at checkout.

Stock is shown live from the boutique that would fulfil your order and can change while you browse. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order it, we will tell you and refund that piece in full.

We try to describe and photograph every piece accurately. Slight variation in colour between your screen and the garment is normal and is not a defect.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and reserve the stock; a confirmation does not remove your right to cancel or return under the policies below.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item was mispriced, is out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you have paid, you are refunded in full.

Payments are processed by PhonePe. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. A payment is only treated as successful once PhonePe confirms it to us — our app never decides that on its own.

If money leaves your account but the order does not confirm, it settles automatically: the payment is either completed or refunded by PhonePe, and your order status updates once it does.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your rights to cancel, return and be refunded are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

At-Home Trials let you receive pieces, keep what you want and send the rest back — you are only charged for what you keep, and returned pieces are refunded. The refundable hold and the decide-by date are shown before you confirm a trial.

Do not misuse the app: no interfering with its operation or security, no automated scraping of the catalogue, no using it to break the law, and no submitting reviews that are false, abusive, or not your own experience. We may remove content or suspend an account that does.

When you post a review or photo you confirm it is your own and grant us a licence to display it alongside the product. Keep it about the product and your experience.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be highlighted on this site and in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any consumer-forum rights you have where you live.
