Your order ships from the Basket by SHIVA store nearest you that has every piece in stock, which is what makes fast dispatch possible.
Where we deliver
Your delivery address is checked at checkout; if we can’t deliver to its PIN code we tell you before you pay.
Charges
Delivery is free above the order value shown on each product page and in your bag. Below that, a flat delivery charge applies. The exact amount is always shown in your bag before you pay — we never add a charge after checkout.
Timelines
At-Home Trials are delivered in the slot you pick when booking. For every other order, My Orders in the app shows each step as it happens (see Tracking below).
Weather, strikes, and courier delays can slow a delivery down; we keep your order status updated and reach out if something goes wrong.
Tracking
Every order has a status timeline in My Orders in the app, updated at each step from confirmed through dispatched to delivered.
Delivery attempts
If our courier can’t deliver your order, it comes back to us and we refund it per the Return & Refund Policy.
